<p>Department is Finance</p> <p>Reports to Director of Finance</p> <p>FLSA Status is Non-Exempt</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing current and historical financials, performance, and operating procedures, and developing plans and recommendations that will further enhance efficiency. You will evaluate financial information to assist in reporting, budgeting and forecasting, identifying trends and discrepancies to help our leaders and managers implement change and find ways our organization can reach goals in less time.</p> <p><strong>Company Background:</strong></p> <p>Specialty1 Partners is a practice services organization committed to providing non-clinical, business support services to the nation's leading specialty dental practices.
