Global Social Marketing & Digital Performance Lead - Spirits & Beers

• Salary: €100k - €125k pa
• Location: Hybrid Dublin
• Contract: 11 months - strong chance of extension or perm

We're hiring a senior global social media leader to define how Beer and Liquor brands operate on social - at scale, with consistency, performance and compliance at the core.

This is not a hands-on content role. It's a global strategy, governance and performance position with influence across brands, markets and agencies.

The role

• Lead the global social operating model across Beer and Liquor brands
• Set and govern social best practices, standards and brand guardrails
• Drive platform relevance, performance and efficiency across owned social
• Ensure all activity meets strict compliance and regulatory requirements
• Partner with global, regional and local teams to scale high-performing work
• Use data and insight to measure impact and continuously improve results

What you bring

• 7+ years' experience in social media/digital marketing (CPG or regulated sectors preferred)
• Proven experience working globally, influencing senior stakeholders and markets
• Strong understanding of the social ecosystem, tools and performance metrics
• Commercial mindset with a clear link between social and business outcomes
• Confident communicator, comfortable in complex, fast-paced environments
