The Role
Are you a people person with a knack for sales and a passion for building professional communities? We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy Community Manager Assistant to help run our vibrant coworking space. This is a Temp-to-Full-Time opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats—from closing tours to ensuring the coffee is fresh and the Wi-Fi is flying.
You won’t just be sitting behind a desk. You will be the heartbeat of our workspace, supporting the Community Manager in three key areas:
- Sales & Growth: Lead tours for prospective members, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into long-term community members.
- Marketing Outreach: Help us grow our footprint! You’ll assist with local networking, social media updates, and organizing community events to keep our space buzzing.
- Operations & Hospitality: Ensure the daily "vibe" is perfect. This includes managing front-desk logistics, troubleshooting member needs, and overseeing the general upkeep of the facility.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in coworking, hospitality, or property management.
- Sales Mindset: You aren't afraid to ask for the close and comfortably meet occupancy goals.
- Proactive Attitude: You see a problem before it happens and solve it with a smile.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for professional outreach.
Position Details
- Status: Temporary contract with a clear path to Full-Time based on performance.
- Location: Westchase, Houston
