Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and driven Healthcare Marketing Specialist who combines strong marketing skills with in-person outreach. This role will support growth through digital marketing, provider engagement, and on-site visits to healthcare facilities and local businesses to build referral relationships and promote services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns for healthcare services and programs

Conduct in-person visits to hospitals, clinics, physician offices, senior living communities, and local businesses

Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers and community partners

Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and networking functions

Distribute marketing materials and educate partners on services and referral processes

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to align messaging

Ensure all marketing and outreach activities comply with HIPAA and healthcare regulations

Track outreach efforts, referral activity, and campaign performance

Manage vendor and agency relationships as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field

1+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, provider relations, or business development

Comfortable with face-to-face relationship building and field work

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between facilities

Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills

Knowledge of healthcare compliance and patient privacy standards

Preferred Skills

Experience in provider relations, physician liaison, or community outreach roles

Familiarity with local healthcare networks and referral models

CRM or referral tracking system experience

Event marketing or community engagement experience
