Sales Account Manager (Fluent in both English/Spanish) (Full Time)

We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Account Manager fluent in English and Spanish to support B2B customers in a wholesale/distribution environment. This role is a great fit for entry- to mid-level candidates who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in growing in sales and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Support assigned customer accounts and communicate in English & Spanish
• Greet and assist customers in person at the office or warehouse
• Process customer orders and coordinate deliveries with warehouse/logistics teams
• Track order status and help resolve issues or changes
• Occasionally visit customers or attend trade shows / customer events
• Keep customer and order information accurate in company systems

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Computer literate (email, ERP systems, Microsoft 365)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or 3+ years of office experience in food wholesale, distribution, or related industries
• Experience with order processing or logistics coordination
• Barista or beverage industry experience
