Frazer, a leading builder of emergency medical vehicles, is currently seeking a Media Specialist II to join our team. The Media Specialist II at Frazer reports to the Marketing Manager, and is responsible for capturing, producing, and managing high-quality visual media that elevates the Frazer brand, supports customer confidence and sales enablement, and enhances how our vehicles, products, and services are presented to the public.
What Does a Week in the Life of the Media Specialist II Look Like?
- Capture professional photography of vehicle deliveries using traditional cameras and 360-degree cameras, ensuring consistent, high-quality visual documentation
- Manage and upload delivery photos and 360-degree media to approved cloud-based platforms, maintaining organization, accuracy, and accessibility
- Ensure vehicle delivery imagery presents Frazer products in the best possible light and aligns with brand and quality standards
- Provide photo and video support for the company website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms
- Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of video production projects within the in-house Marketing Department
- Support video shoots including lighting, audio, camera operation, set preparation, and post-production assistance as needed
- Capture b-roll, interviews, and supporting footage for marketing, sales, and training content
- Assist with media production for website content, sales presentations, internal presentations, and customer-facing materials
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other departments to understand media needs and deliver effective visual solutions
- Edit and prepare photo and video assets as needed, following established brand and design standards
- Maintain and organize media libraries, ensuring files are properly named, archived, and easily retrievable
- Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, care, and basic maintenance of cameras, lighting, and related media gear
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve visual storytelling, creative execution, and overall production quality
- Uphold Frazer brand standards across all visual media and ensure consistency in look, feel, and presentation
- Take initiative on assigned projects and work independently with minimal supervision once expectations are clear, while owning timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
- Provide on-site media support for special events, trade shows, customer visits, or internal initiatives as needed
- Assist other Marketing team members with creative or production-related tasks during peak workloads
- Support documentation of processes, workflows, or projects through photography or video when requested
- Stay current on photography, video, and media trends, tools, and techniques relevant to the role

Required Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in photography, videography, media production, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience with photography and/or video production in a professional or portfolio-based setting
- Strong working knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and basic production equipment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Clean driving record and ability to be added to the company insurance
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in media production, communications, marketing, or a related field
- Experience with 360-degree cameras and cloud-based media platforms
- Familiarity with video editing software and digital asset management
- Experience supporting marketing, sales, or brand-focused content
- Portfolio or work examples demonstrating strong visual storytelling and attention to detail

Oh, and $alary
Of course, we didn't forget the salary… Frazer offers competitive pay and this role will start with a salary between $65,000 - $75,000 annually depending on education, certifications, and experience.
Work Schedule
Media Specialist II will work Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Occasional evening/weekend work may be needed. Work schedules may change to accommodate production needs.
