The Role

This is a dynamic, remote position where you will take full ownership of the production and electronic filing of high-level regulatory documents. You will act as a bridge between complex financial data and SEC-compliant disclosures, ensuring every prospectus and proxy is a masterpiece of accuracy.

Your Proven Experience

We are seeking a candidate with a deep background in the financial printing industry and a mastery of the following:

• SEC EDGAR Mastery: Expert-level management of N-1A, N-2, and S-1 submission types.
• Conversion Excellence: Flawless conversion of Word, Excel, and PDF files into SEC-compliant HTML.
• iXBRL Expertise: Working knowledge of iXBRL tagging to meet modern regulatory standards.
• Tech-Stack Savvy: Direct experience with DFIN ArcPro (or similar CMS) and Novaworks GoFiler.
• Design Integrity: High proficiency in Word style sheets to maintain strict corporate graphic guidelines.
