About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Enrollment and Growth Marketing to lead our enterprise-wide strategy for growth and enrollment. In this high-impact role, you will modernize our marketing ecosystem, scale enrollment efforts, and build a performance-driven growth engine. You will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy across multiple locations, collaborating closely with our CEO and Private Equity partners on growth initiatives.

Your leadership will establish a culture of testing and learning while translating our mission into engaging brand storytelling. All marketing efforts will be aligned with revenue and business objectives, making your role essential to our success. The ideal candidate will possess 12-15+ years of progressive B2C marketing leadership experience, particularly in education, enrollment marketing, or mission-driven settings. You should be well-versed in digital marketing, have a proven track record in modernizing marketing technology stacks, and demonstrate success in increasing enrollments, conversions, and revenue.

Experience working directly with CEOs and Private Equity firms is crucial, as is a passion for mission-driven work in the educational sector.
