We are seeking a results-driven Marketing & Sales Coordinator who understands that marketing exists to drive leads, bookings, and revenue directly impacting practice growth. This role is ideal for a motivated, organized, and creative individual who can execute marketing initiatives while tracking performance, driving sales efforts, and ensuring a consistent patient experience.

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for driving practice growth through marketing efforts, patient engagement, and sales support. This position will play a key role in driving consultations, procedures, and revenue while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment.

This role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance creative, sales-driven, and administrative responsibilities while acting as a brand ambassador and cheerleader for the practice.

This position works closely with management, sales team and external vendors to increase leads, revenue and repeat clientele.

Revenue-Driven Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing initiatives designed to increase consultations, procedures, and spa bookings
  • Manage and maintain all Social Media accounts
  • Create and manage sales-focused social media content
  • Manage in-office TV display content to promote procedures, promotions, and patient education
  • Support rebate programs for revenue optimization
  • Create and execute clinic and spa promotions, packages, and loyalty offers
  • Place, rotate, and maintain marketing materials throughout the office
  • Coordinate and execute
  • marketing events with a focus on lead capture and sales
  • promotions with a focus on lead capture and calls to action
  • Coordinate timely execution of marketing assets that support current sales goals
  • Act as liaison with:
  • Website team
  • Blog/content team
  • Reps and vendors to contribute to events and promos
  • Assist with optimizing website content and updates to increase conversion rates

Lead Tracking and Analytics Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze referral sources (weekly/monthly) to identify high-performing marketing efforts
  • Track campaign effectiveness and patient response to promotions
  • Maintain Google Reviews growth strategy to improve visibility

Other Responsibilities

  • Manage ordering and inventory of sales-focused marketing materials
  • Provide front desk backup to support patient flow and sales continuity
  • Assist with CRM reporting and functionality
  • Manage patient engagement application (Repeat MD) updates and subscriptions to drive referrals and repeat revenue
  • Maintain online store and promotional pricing
  • Support online scheduling optimization to increase bookings

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales-focused marketing, medical marketing, or administrative sales support
  • Experience in plastic surgery, medical aesthetics, or med spa strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives tied to revenue goals
  • Strong understanding of social media as a sales and lead-generation tool
  • Data-driven mindset with attention to tracking performance and results
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working with sales targets
