Job Description

Join our dynamic B2B marketing team as a Senior Marketing Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our brand is consistently executed while supporting a sales-driven environment. You will oversee the quality of content, maintain performance reporting, and streamline processes for the rollout of new programs and services. Your responsibilities will include managing copy editing, brand governance, special projects, and providing key operational support to enhance our marketing initiatives and empower the sales team with essential tools.

Responsibilities

  • Content Quality & Copy Editing: Ensure all content is accurate, clear, and aligns with brand guidelines through meticulous editing, managing claims, and maintaining style guides. You will also create and maintain templates.
  • Marketing Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reports summarizing marketing performance, delivering accurate data and actionable insights to leadership.
  • Process Development & Operational Support: Implement standardized marketing processes, identify areas for operational improvement, and coordinate project execution to enhance workflow quality and team collaboration.
  • Ad Hoc Project Management: Create impactful presentations supporting marketing programs and sales initiatives while managing various special projects as necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in direct advertising.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Consumer Behavior.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of market research experience.
  • Strong skills in copy editing, proofreading, and grammar.
  • Experience enforcing brand guidelines.
  • Experience creating presentations and talking points for B2B.
  • Proficient in marketing and reporting tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and experience documenting processes.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales-driven or regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, technology, or manufacturing.
  • Capability to build reports or dashboards for leadership review.
