We are a fast-growing health technology company building modern software solutions for healthcare providers, including clinics, private practices, and healthcare facilities.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to help generate leads, qualify prospects, and support deal closures. This role focuses on outbound sales activity and relationship building. Product demos will initially be handled by senior team members, so no clinical or technical background is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with healthcare providers
  • Qualify leads and identify decision makers
  • Book qualified demo appointments with prospects
  • Maintain and update CRM and lead pipeline
  • Follow up after demos and assist in closing deals
  • Handle objections and basic product questions
  • Coordinate with management for pricing and contracts

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
  • Highly dedicated, self-motivated, and disciplined work ethic
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented
  • Good English communication skills
  • Bilingual preferred (English + Spanish or other languages)

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling SaaS, healthcare, or B2B services
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $24,000 per year
  • Commission: Uncapped, paid on closed deals
  • Clear growth path into Senior Sales / Account Executive
