As a Front Desk Lead at Waxxpot, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting the Store Manager, and setting the standard for guest service excellence. You’ll be responsible for leading front desk operations, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive, professional, and well-organized environment. We are seeking a self-starter who understands how to use KPIs, daily routines, and consistent execution to achieve and exceed goals.

Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards
- Greet and assist guests, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
- Lead by example in sales, achieving and surpassing sales goals and daily KPIs
- Support store leadership in hiring, training, and coaching front desk staff
- Maintain accurate scheduling and appointment management
- Uphold Waxxpot’s cleanliness and operational standards
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for administrative tasks
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure front desk supplies are stocked
- Assist in executing promotional and membership sales initiatives
FRONT DESK LEAD EXPECTATIONS
1. Ensuring Proper Flow of Appointments & Studio Operations
- Monitor and manage daily schedules to maintain smooth client flow.
- Call clients who are past their appointment times to confirm or reschedule.
- Ensure waxers follow proper greeting and client handoff procedures between front desk and treatment rooms.
- Be proactive in managing late arrivals, cancellations, and rebooking opportunities.
2. Fostering a Positive Environment for Clients
- Create a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere that reflects the Waxxpot brand.
- Engage guests appropriately and ensure front desk conversations remain professional and positive.
- Manage sales goals and assist waxers in reaching theirs by:
- Sharing product knowledge with clients.
- Informing guests about current promotions or packages.
- Suggesting add-on services (and if not possible this visit, offering them for next time).
3. Upholding Waxxpot Standards
- Lead by example in professionalism, cleanliness, and client care.
- Ensure all waxers are upholding Waxxpot policies and service standards.
- Address any concerns or deviations promptly and respectfully to maintain consistency and quality.
