Key Responsibilities
Execute paid marketing strategies and manage budget allocations across channels
Oversee team operations and maintain relationships with agency partners, ensuring performance goals are met
Plan and analyze paid media geotests, and conduct monthly tracking and reporting on marketing performance
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or media management
Proven ability to manage multi-channel paid media budgets and teams
Experience with platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Amazon Ads, and CTV
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
