Key Responsibilities

Establish strategic direction and account leadership across digital video initiatives

Oversee development of effective performance and brand-building strategies specific to digital video

Lead initiatives for departmental growth, including new business development and media partnerships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience

8+ years of hands-on experience in digital video planning and activation

Understanding of platform and publisher relationships, data targeting capabilities, and activation options

Experience with DSPs, CTV publishers, and campaign performance insights

Strong interest in ad tech and digital video trends
