Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Spring Camp and/or Summer Camp Instructor to teach and lead educational and skill-building activities for children during the school break. As an instructor, you will use your expertise in a specific subject area (such as arts and crafts, sports, music, nature, or STEM) to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences. Your role will focus on fostering children’s creativity, confidence, and teamwork while ensuring their safety and enjoyment.

Instructors experienced in the fields of Architecture, Coding, Theater, 2D/3D Art, Debate, Public Speaking, Finance, Business Management, or Python are preferred.

As an instructor, your responsibilities include

  • Creating an informative and engaging educational experience for camp attendees
  • Ensuring a safe and comfortable learning environment for campers of all backgrounds and abilities
  • Ensuring attendee success in a classroom environment
  • Managing classroom disruptions that may arise
  • Fostering bonds between campers through group activities and projects
  • Coordinating with counselors to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Responding to questions and concerns from parents and guardians of children
