Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketer & Videographer to lead the creation of emotionally compelling, clinically accurate, and brand-consistent digital content for our implant and full-mouth rehabilitation practice.

This role requires a creative professional who understands how to translate complex dental procedures and life-changing smile transformations into powerful visual narratives. You will document patient journeys, produce high-quality video and photo content, manage our social media channels, and strengthen the digital presence of a leading implant-focused dental practice.

The ideal candidate is disciplined, reliable, comfortable working in a clinical environment, and capable of capturing and editing sensitive patient content with professionalism, empathy, and adherence to HIPAA standards.

Primary ResponsibilitiesPatient Storytelling & Videography

  • Film and produce short- and long-form videos documenting patient journeys through smile rehabilitation (interviews, surgery-day coverage, reveal moments, and testimonial features).
  • Capture high-quality clinical and non-clinical photography, including before/after images and behind-the-scenes footage of treatments and lab workflows.
  • Edit video content with a strong sense of narrative flow, emotional impact, and brand identity.
  • Ensure all patient content complies with HIPAA regulations and obtain proper written consent.

Social Media Content Production & Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create platform-specific content (reels, stories, long-form videos, patient highlights, educational clips).
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence and ensure all content aligns with the practice’s brand voice, mission, and clinical standards.
  • Conduct social listening to monitor audience engagement, sentiment, implant-industry trends, and competitor activity.

Brand Growth & Digital Marketing

  • Collaborate with the doctor, marketing director, and clinical team to craft compelling educational content about implants, full-mouth reconstruction, and advanced surgical techniques.
  • Support paid ad campaigns with optimized video and visual assets for Meta and YouTube advertising.
  • Apply SEO best practices, keyword research, and caption optimization for maximum visibility.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools; generate reports that inform future strategy.

Operational & Administrative

  • Maintain organized archives of all media assets, project files, and release forms.
  • Coordinate with staff to schedule filming sessions without disrupting clinical flow.
  • Maintain professional decorum in treatment areas and respect patient privacy at all times.

QualificationsRequired

  • Proven experience in social media content creation, videography, or digital marketing (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and basic graphic design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and emotional engagement principles.
  • Ability to film and edit quickly, efficiently, and with high production quality.
  • Strong writing skills for captions, patient stories, and educational posts.
  • Comfort working in a medical/dental environment.

Preferred

  • Experience producing content for healthcare, aesthetics, or dental/implant practices.
  • Knowledge of SEO, ad management platforms, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with CRM-driven marketing workflows (GHL, Zapier, etc.).
  • Ability to handle studio lighting, camera equipment, audio equipment, and multi-angle shooting.

Ideal Candidate Attributes

  • Professional, respectful, and patient-centric
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to make patients feel comfortable on camera
  • Highly dependable, organized, and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail and high personal standards for quality
  • Comfortable taking initiative and proposing new ideas
  • Thrives in a fast-paced surgical and restorative environment
