Customer Service Representatives

Ultimate Staffing has a number of Temp to Hire Customer Service openings located in the North, North East, and Galleria areas of Houston. Most opportunities are $18/hr-$21/hr depending on the position and your experience! We are seeking dynamic candidates with backgrounds in Customer Service, Call Center, Order Entry, or Fulfillment.

Qualifications Depending on the role

• 2+ years of experience in an office environment
• Customer service experience providing next level service to ensure needs/expectations are met
• Strong data entry with alpha and numeric is preferred... 10-key a PLUS!
• Microsoft Office - Intermediate Excel knowledge a PLUS
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ideal candidates must have relevant work experience.

Some of the responsibilities include

• Answering and managing multi-line phone systems
• Fast and accurate data entry of customer information/orders
• Account management
• Data Management
• Invoicing
• Customer Service/ Administrative duties as required
