Children
3-Year-Old Boy
Affectionate, imaginative, and full of personality. He thrives when adults play alongside him and take joy in his world of building, pretend play, and outdoor fun.
8-Month-Old Girl
Gentle and observant. She feels most secure with consistent caregivers and calm routines. Her care will grow as your relationship with the family deepens.
About the Role
This is a relationship-first household. The family values warmth, emotional insight, and respectful communication. With Mom staying home during the first year and a supportive household team in place, you’ll focus entirely on what matters most: creating a loving, developmentally aligned rhythm for both children.
If you’re a teacher who lights up when you’re able to truly connect with a child and their family, this home offers you the time, trust, and space to build something lasting.
What You’ll Love
- Getting to know one toddler deeply and guiding his growth over time
- Watching an infant’s development unfold in a setting where you can be fully present
- Being treated as a valued partner, not just a caregiver
- Having time to build relationships and routines that really work

- Foster language, creativity, and emotional development through play

Care & Organization
- Maintain clean and safe environments for play, sleep, and meals
- Prepare simple meals, wash bottles, and manage child laundry
- Keep toys organized and spaces tidy
- Prioritize hygiene and safety throughout the day
Ideal Candidate
You’re a preschool teacher who thrives when you can truly bond with the children in your care. You’re emotionally attuned, communicative, and committed to fostering trust and joy in every interaction. You see childcare as a relationship and you’re ready to grow with a family that feels the same.
