Operational Alignment
- Enter all activity, notes, and opportunities within HubSpot following TES’s sales process.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
- Participate in weekly BD 90 meetings and quarterly sales reviews.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EHS, industrial services, engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong network within Houston’s petrochemical, energy, and industrial markets, healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to open doors, nurture long-term relationships, and understand technical scopes at a high level.
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a structured accountability system with clear metrics and expectations.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and follow-through.
Why TES
- A culture built on relationships, integrity, responsiveness, and making it right.
- Backing from in-house CIHs, CSPs, and environmental experts
- Competitive compensation with base salary + uncapped commission + benefits.
- Opportunity to make a measurable impact in one of TES’s most important growth markets.
