Strike Marketing, a leading agency based in the heart of Houston’s historic Heights, is looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team.

This internship is designed for a Houston-area university student who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, learn by doing, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency setting. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that thrives on creativity, data, and high-impact marketing for top-tier clients.

As a Digital Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our Digital Project Managers and Specialists to support and implement paid media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and others. This role includes training and mentorship, allowing you to develop real-world skills in campaign execution, reporting, and digital strategy.

This unpaid internship is for academic credit only. Interns are expected to work 20–30 hours per week, with a schedule that can be tailored around your class commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate daily with digital team members to ensure accurate and timely campaign execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and help identify optimization opportunities.
  • Support the creation of client-facing reports and gather campaign insights.
  • Help organize and track assets required for campaign launches.
  • Learn and apply digital marketing best practices in a collaborative agency environment.
  • Represent Strike Marketing professionally during internal meetings and team activities.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year marketing, communications, business, or related degree program at a university in the Houston area.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and advertising with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools (experience a plus, but not required).
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinker with a willingness to dive into data and learn how to derive insights.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
