Compensation: Base Pay + Bonuses

Overview

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to represent our company and engage with consumers throughout the Houston area. The ideal candidate is reliable, personable, and comfortable interacting with the public. This role involves promoting our products/services at events, pop-ups, and partner locations.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and provide accurate brand and product information
Represent the company at events, retail activations, and community promotions
Distribute materials, conduct demonstrations, and support on-site setup
Track event activity, customer interactions, and feedback
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards
Ensure event materials are organized, stocked, and properly displayed

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with customers in a variety of settings
Ability to stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation to travel to locations within the Houston area
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends
Previous experience in customer service, promotions, retail, or events is helpful but not required
