Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for client communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Draft, review, and distribute a variety of communications for both internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary information and provide accurate updates to clients.
- Maintain organized records of all communications to promote clarity and transparency.
- Work alongside management to resolve client concerns in an efficient manner.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
