Responsibilities
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, memos, and newsletters to ensure clarity and professionalism.
- Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns across various platforms.
- Maintain and regularly update internal documentation and communication materials.
- Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and corporate communication events, ensuring they run smoothly.
- Guarantee consistent messaging across departments and projects, enhancing organizational coherence.
- Conduct research and compile information to support various communication initiatives.
- Manage administrative communication tasks as assigned by the Communications Manager, contributing to team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in communications or administrative support is preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach towards challenges.
