We are looking for a proactive Communications Support Specialist who can assist in executing our internal and external communication strategies. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to help prepare written materials, coordinate communication activities, and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and proofread emails, reports, memos, and newsletters to ensure clarity and professionalism.
  • Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns across various platforms.
  • Maintain and regularly update internal documentation and communication materials.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and corporate communication events, ensuring they run smoothly.
  • Guarantee consistent messaging across departments and projects, enhancing organizational coherence.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support various communication initiatives.
  • Manage administrative communication tasks as assigned by the Communications Manager, contributing to team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in communications or administrative support is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach towards challenges.
