ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Representative plays a critical role in helping customers start new energy service or renew existing plans. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and is eager to grow with a high-growth organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound calls from customers seeking to start new energy service or renew existing plans
  • Provide personalized energy plan recommendations based on customer needs and usage
  • Clearly explain plan features, pricing, and contract terms
  • Close sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Accurately document customer interactions and complete follow-ups as needed
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma
  • Recent experience in a call center or contact center environment
  • Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
  • High proficiency in data entry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual English and Spanish
