ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales Representative plays a critical role in helping customers start new energy service or renew existing plans. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced call center environment and is eager to grow with a high-growth organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle inbound calls from customers seeking to start new energy service or renew existing plans
- Provide personalized energy plan recommendations based on customer needs and usage
- Clearly explain plan features, pricing, and contract terms
- Close sales while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Accurately document customer interactions and complete follow-ups as needed
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma
- Recent experience in a call center or contact center environment
- Sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens simultaneously
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude
- High proficiency in data entry
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual English and Spanish
