Job Summary

Hampton Inn & Suites seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team in Houston, TX. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong hospitality and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as we proudly serve a diverse range of guests.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

✔️ Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring billing and reservations are accurate.

✔️ Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.

✔️ Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

✔️ Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring financial transactions are accurate.

✔️ Manage phone calls professionally, providing helpful information and assistance.

✔️ Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.

✔️ Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

✔️ Assist other departments—including laundry and housekeeping—when needed to support smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

👉 Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.

👉 Strong communication skills and excellent phone etiquette.

👉 Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

👉 Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is an advantage.

👉 Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.

👉 Strong problem-solving and guest relations abilities.
