Account Manager – B2B (Base Pay + Commission)Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with small to medium-sized businesses, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth through effective B2B sales and account management. providing tailored solutions through one of the largest T-Mobile business programs.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven ability to identify opportunities and close deals. This position includes base pay plus commission, offering strong earning potential for motivated professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with small to medium-sized business clients
  • Conduct proactive outreach, warm calling, and follow-ups to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Understand client needs and present tailored business solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contract terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, operations) to deliver strong client outcomes
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and provide ongoing support and issue resolution
  • Lead business development efforts to expand accounts and acquire new clients
  • Use CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to track sales pipelines, interactions, and account progress
  • Analyze client and market data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals that clearly communicate value to clients
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management (B2B or technology sales preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical-thinking skills
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce (preferred)
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and build effective strategies
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport through calls and in-person meetings
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to identify solutions independently
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Compensation

  • Base pay + commission (discussed during the interview)
  • Commission is performance-based with no caps
  • Additional incentive opportunities may be available
