Aesthetic Retail & Customer Service Associate

We are a highly accredited Medical Spa located in the heart of the River Oaks District. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing professional to add to our team!

We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming and inclusive environment. This role requires professional interaction and communication with both clients and staff. We are looking for a candidate who is hospitable, outgoing, and professional.

Requirements

Experience in front desk, high-end sales, hospitality, or customer service is REQUIRED. Experience in Plastic Surgery, Dermatology, Retail Sales, Hospitality, or Medical Spas is required. Experience with Mindbody, or a similar booking software, is required.

The main priority as a Front Desk attendant is to provide exceptional customer service. This role requires both hospitality and close attention to detail.

This Role Requires the following tasks

  • Complete opening and closing tasks without supporting staff.
  • Promptly greet and check in clients for their appointments.
  • Schedule, modify, and reschedule appointments via Mindbody software.
  • Quickly respond to client inquiries.
  • Contact clients via phone, email, and Mindbody Messenger.
  • Knowledgeable in medical-grade skincare and aesthetic services.
  • Maintain individual monthly sales goals.
  • Ensure that the cash drawer is counted and deposits are handled correctly.
  • Learn and promote our latest promotions and discounts to all clientele.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Create and file patient charts accordingly.
  • Complete weekly inventory and supply counts.
  • Communicate client information and feedback to management.
  • Complete tasks assigned by management.
  • Maximize client retention.

Anticipated Demands

  • Light cleaning duties throughout the office.
  • Flexible with occasionally staying outside of regular business hours as needed.
  • Comfortable with working alone.
  • Capable of adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible with monthly schedule changes.
  • Comfortable with all forms of clientele.
