About Raw Law Media
Raw Law Media is a bold, culture-first content agency helping personal injury law firms build unforgettable brands. We turn legal marketing into an art form, from high-converting short-form video to cinematic campaign storytelling. Our clients don’t just want visibility, they want influence. We’re looking for a Creative Producer who’s obsessed with content, fast under pressure, and in love with the game.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Creative Producer to work directly with the founder of Raw Law Media. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk job. You'll be behind the camera, on the road, in editing suites, on social feeds, and in the trenches telling powerful stories that perform. You’ll film, edit, publish, and evolve content for both Raw Law Media and our clients across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Filming
- Act as the CEO’s personal videographer during travel, filming sessions, and daily content capture (as needed)
- Travel to client sites across the U.S. to film short-form, podcast, and branded content
- Manage shoot logistics, lighting, sound, and creative direction during filming
Post-Production & Editing
- Edit high-level content using:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- VEO 3
- Kling AI
- Canva
- CapCut
- Eleven Labs
- Meta Ads Manager editing suite
- Build creative assets that are platform-native and performance-driven
- Edit 10–15 videos per week (short-form, ads, stories, testimonials, etc.)
- Add subtitles, graphics, audio mixing, pacing, and storytelling dynamics
Content Strategy & Execution
- Help storyboard, pitch, and execute original video content for legal brands
- Write hooks, captions, and cutdowns based on social media trends
- Analyze video performance and optimize future content accordingly
- Publish final content to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Ad Manager when needed
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 years in social media marketing or content creation
- Phenomenal at Adobe Premiere Pro (not learning — mastering)
- Highly skilled with short-form storytelling, pacing, voiceover syncing, and scroll-stopping edits
- Understand how to create content that converts, not just entertains
- Experience with legal, business, or corporate content is a huge plus
- Strong camera and lighting skills (must own gear)
- Comfortable working closely with a CEO, including during travel and high-pressure situations
- Fast, independent, and coachable
- Relentlessly creative — you see content ideas everywhere
- Social media isn’t your job — it’s your language
Requirements
- Must own:
- Camera gear
- Laptop capable of high-performance editing
- Smartphone with great camera
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel regularly
- Available for real-time filming and editing needs
- Legally able to work in the U.S.
- Bonus: drone license or animation/motion graphic skills
What You Get
- $50,000/year (contract or W-2)
- 6 weeks unpaid time off
- 2 weeks paid time off after 90 days
- Creative freedom within a growing, exciting agency
- Travel opportunities
- High-profile exposure across law, media, and content marketing
- The chance to build your name and portfolio while building ours
- The rare opportunity to do work that’s seen by millions
