Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Junior Marketing Analyst for a large enterprise client. This cross-functional position provides both strategic and executional support across key corporate stakeholder groups, ensuring the enterprise brand is consistently represented across all initiatives. The specialist will work closely with internal marketing and communications teams, as well as business stakeholders, to develop integrated marketing strategies that drive alignment, visibility, and impact.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal business units to identify marketing opportunities and translate them into integrated plans.
- Support marketing asset development, content creation, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise brand standards and messaging across all materials.
- Coordinate across teams to manage timelines, creative deliverables, and cross-channel visibility.
- Support corporate events, thought leadership initiatives, and internal communications efforts.
- Assist with documentation, budget tracking, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination.
- Manage brand standards tools to drive adoption of the corporate brand.
- Ensure protection of trademarks and intellectual property.
- Act as a liaison between key stakeholder projects and design teams, ensuring consistent execution and timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination roles.
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with multiple teams.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and marketing best practices to ensure consistency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic project tracking tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet).
- Exposure to brand campaigns, internal communications, or stakeholder engagement preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality in all deliverables.
