Sales Development Executive

Location: Houston, TX (77070)

Salary: $60K - $75K/year base + Commission & Bonus

Are you a results-driven sales pro with experience in the Cemnet or waste transfer sectors? We're looking for a Sales Development Executive to drive new business and build strong client relationships, with a focus on mining, construction, civil engineering, and demolition/remediation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust sales pipeline and hit revenue goals by identifying and engaging target customers through business development, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Manage sales cycles from lead generation to contract delivery, including overseeing technical installations.
  • Present tailored solutions and quotations to key accounts and large customer fleets.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasts in our CRM (Oracle Netsuite, Hubspot).

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven track record in technical sales, with 3+ years of experience in the Cemnet or waste transfer sectors.
  • Experience in heavy-duty vehicles/machinery is a plus.
  • Exceptional skills in lead generation, relationship building, and strategic sales.
  • Ability to learn complex technical products and coordinate with installation teams.
  • Experience with cold calling and outside sales.
