Pride Construction & Roofing is looking for energetic, reliable, and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters. Your role is to introduce homeowners to our roofing and construction services and schedule qualified appointments for our inspection team.

This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy talking to others, working outdoors, and earning uncapped commission based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
• Provide a quick introduction to Pride Construction & Roofing and our services.
• Identify interest and set qualified appointments for inspections or estimates.
• Log appointment details into our scheduling system.
• Follow all company scripts, training, and communication guidelines.
• Report daily activity to your team lead or project manager.
