Position Overview

Our client is a global technology company redefining how infrastructure is inspected through advanced autonomous systems. With teams across the U.S., Australia, Pakistan, and the UAE, they help clients in the energy, marine, and industrial sectors reduce risk, optimize performance, and extend the life of critical assets. Now entering its next phase of growth in the U.S., the organization seeks a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to own demand generation across digital channels, events, and product launches. You'll be the connective tissue between Sales, Product, and Leadership, turning value propositions into a measurable revenue impact. (Houston HQ; hybrid schedule with cross–time-zone collaboration.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute an integrated demand generation plan (SEO/SEM, paid social, email, website, and targeted ABM) with clear MQL/SQL and pipeline goals.
  • Lead product marketing motions: craft messaging, launch new offerings, and enable Sales with crisp collateral and value stories.
  • Own the website (WordPress) as a growth asset—structure, content, SEO, and conversion paths.
  • Stand up marketing automation (nurtures, scoring, lifecycle communications) and reporting; partner closely with Sales on lead routing and SLA.
  • Create and repurpose content (case studies, blogs, email, social, light design) that advances prospects through the funnel.
  • Plan and execute campaigns and events mapping to target accounts and industry moments; measure results and iterate fast.
  • Serve as the day-to-day partner to Sales and Product, bringing a test-and-learn mindset and actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • 4–7 years in B2B marketing with proven demand generation results; demonstrated ability to own targets and drive measurable lift.
  • Strength in SEO/SEM, lifecycle automation, and analytics; fluency with WordPress and tools such as HubSpot/Marketo and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated product marketing expertise with hands-on experience in messaging, product launches, and sales enablement.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to self-produce light creative (knowledge of Adobe suite is a plus).
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones and functions; experience in energy, industrial, or robotics sectors is an added advantage.

  • Base Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000
