General Maintenance Worker

Our company specializes in property management for short-term rentals in Houston and surrounding areas. We are currently searching for a reliable maintenance worker to assist with property maintenance projects.

This position would be approx. 15-20 hours per week with on-call availability.

Candidates must have their own transportation and tools. Ideally, we are searching for someone with prior maintenance experience in the property management or general contracting industries.

Day-to-day tasks may include

General property maintenance (unclogging drains/toilets, removing trash, furniture repairs, painting, etc)
Preventative maintenance (changing HVAC filters, cleaning gutters, etc.)
Assisting with setting up new properties (building or delivering furniture, hanging curtains, installing smart locks or security cameras, etc.)
Assisting with appliance repairs/diagnosis (Appliance repair experience is a plus)
Assisting with obtaining quotes for larger projects outside of the general maintenance scope.
Assisting property managers with additional tasks as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
