We are seeking a talented individual with a strong sales background to join our team of Retail Sales Associates. This individual will also be responsible for social media creation, being on video frequently with ownership and taking ownership of social media. The ideal candidate is professional, productive, and able to work independently.

Bilingual not required but will be receiving a pay increase for Spanish speakers.

This position will be responsible for handling all sales administration and also attending customer appointments in assisting customers to find the best sleeping solution for our customers.

This position is Sales focused and a highly motivated individual looking to maximize their compensation is encouraged to apply!

The position will be required you to take and make and receive business calls with the purpose of scheduling appointments for you or another salesperson to attend.

You will manage a personal Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, Nextdoor, and 5-mile applications on your personal device and receive a monthly stipend (to be determined) or on a company issues device.

Bonuses and Spiffs will also be awarded on job performance (amount of sales closed) in addition to regular hourly compensation.

Qualifications

Strong sales skills
Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish
Familiarity with retail math concepts
Prior experience in retail sales is a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
