Field Foreman – Sheet Metal

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman with strong leadership skills and a solid background in commercial HVAC ductwork installation. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage field operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Sheet Metal Mechanic, with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
• Skilled in layout work based on drawings and field measurements.
• Strong communication skills for working with team members, supervisors, and general contractors.
• Knowledge of safe and proper use of tools and equipment relevant to the sheet metal trade.
• Familiarity with fabrication techniques, materials, and industry standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues effectively.
• Must have the required personal tools for the job.
• Must be able to provide professional references to verify skills and experience.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
