Telecom Field Supervisors

KS Staffing Group is hiring a trusted leader in telecom and infrastructure construction. We are hiring Field Supervisors (Telecom) in the Houston Area.

Position Overview

The Field Supervisor – Telecom oversees daily fiber optic and OSP construction operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role manages field crews, materials, and schedules while supporting project success from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct telecom construction crews to ensure on-time, safe, and high-quality work.
• Review plans, monitor field progress, and report project updates.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety standards; conduct site inspections.
• Manage materials, equipment, and field inventory.
• Lead, train, and motivate field teams to meet goals and maintain a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of OSP or telecom construction supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of fiber installation methods and telecom blueprints.
• OSHA 30 Certification (required) and a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
