Customer Service & Production Support Associate

Location: Markham, ON | Job Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

You will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers, guiding them through product options and helping them place orders. During the initial training period, you will also work on the production floor to learn printing techniques, materials, and workflow. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to take on tasks of any size.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally.
• Handle product questions (t-shirt blanks, thread count, sizing, print options, etc.).
• Support customers with design files or basic computer tasks (training provided).
• Take accurate customer orders and ensure a smooth service experience.
• Train on production processes, including printing setup and materials.
• Assist the production team with daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and front desk.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and confidence with customers.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Computer literate; comfortable learning simple design/print workflows.
• Fast learner; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Street smart, solution-oriented, and open to doing any task (small or big).
• Customer service experience is an asset.
• Comfortable working on your feet during training.
