What You’ll Do as a AT&T Sales Trainee

• Learn about AT&T’s products and services, answer customer inquiries, and assist with identifying the best solutions for their needs.
• Utilize generated leads and work within your assigned territory to boost sales and drive customer satisfaction.
• Participate in group training sessions and hands-on coaching to develop your sales, marketing, and customer service skills.
• Help resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish, and contribute to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For in a AT&T Sales Trainee

• We provide training to all new team members, so prior sales experience is not required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• You should be ready to approach each customer interaction with a friendly and proactive mindset.
• The ability to think on your feet and handle diverse situations will help you excel in this role.
