Requirements for Dispatchers

• Clean background-no felonies and certain misdemeanors (ever)
• Security System or police dispatching experience preferred
• Valid Texas driver’s license
• Valid state security license is helpful (Otherwise, must be able to pass FBI fingerprint and extensive background check.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must have adequate transportation
