Overview
An established digital marketing organization is expanding its U.S. presence and seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to oversee its Marketing Services division. The team consists of 30+ experts across the U.S. and India and specializes in SEO, PPC, web development, and lead generation for small law firms. This role offers the opportunity to shape strategy, lead high-performing teams, and drive growth in a fast-scaling environment.
The Opportunity
This is a senior leadership position working directly with the founding team. The VP/General Manager will scale the U.S. Marketing Services business, oversee core functions across Sales, Service Delivery, and Client Success, and build operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a growth-stage environment, excels at strategic execution, and can cultivate strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the U.S. Marketing Services business.
- Build, manage, and expand a high-quality sales pipeline; convert high-intent leads into long-term clients.
- Oversee delivery of SEO, PPC, web development, and digital marketing services for small law firms.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation teams to achieve and exceed client acquisition and revenue targets.
- Coach and develop teams to improve performance and elevate capabilities.
- Own operational processes; define workflows and continuously optimize them for efficiency and quality.
- Hire, manage, and retain top talent across Sales and Service Delivery.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clarity, problem-solving, and strategic guidance.
- Identify business gaps, propose solutions, and uncover opportunities to accelerate growth.
About You

Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience within online marketing services.
- Proven ability to sell digital solutions such as SEO, SEM, PPC, and web design—preferably to small law firms or SMBs.
- Strong background in building, managing, and scaling teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in growing organizations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Experience working with remote or hybrid teams preferred.

Position Details
- Location: Houston, TX
- Compensation: $120K–$150K base + Commission + Performance Bonus + Equity Options
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
