We are a boutique plastic surgery practice and luxury medspa in Greater Houston Heights. We pride ourselves on delivering highly personalized care and results-driven treatments—both surgical and noninvasive—that help our patients look and feel their best.
We are currently seeking a seasoned sales professional with a background in aesthetics or wellness to expand our team as a Patient Care Coordinator (PCC). This role is perfect for someone passionate about helping patients make transformative decisions while meeting ambitious sales goals.
This is a sales-oriented position requiring advanced communication skills, deep understanding of cosmetic procedures, and the ability to confidently guide patients through the treatment and surgical decision-making process.
About the Role
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you are the heartbeat of the patient journey—from first consult to surgery or treatment completion. You will serve as both advisor and advocate, helping guide patients through decision-making while building trust and confidence in our services and team. You’ll be expected to bring strong sales acumen, aesthetic industry knowledge, and the emotional intelligence to support patients through life-changing experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert leads into consultations and consultations into surgical or treatment bookings
- Respond promptly (even after hours) and professionally to all patient inquiries (calls, DMs, emails)
- Document patient interactions in EMR and CRM
- Deliver clear, confident explanations of procedures, packages, and pricing
- Support the provider during consultations and present treatment plans to patients
- Follow up persistently and compassionately to close the sale
- Collect payments and ensure all consents and forms are completed accurately
- Stay updated on our latest procedures, techniques, promotions, and devices
- Support our front-office team and providers with a seamless, white-glove experience
- Keep track of metrics on a weekly basis
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of sales or patient coordination experience in aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, wellness, or medical sales
- Track record of exceeding conversion goals or KPIs in a consultative sales environment
- Excellent communication and emotional intelligence—warm, professional, and polished
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with high-end clientele and their schedules
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with CRM/EMR experience
- Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Able to maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion
