District Manager – Wireless Retail

Overview

We are looking for an experienced District Manager to oversee operations across multiple wireless retail locations. This role requires a leader who can drive performance, cultivate strong teams, and ensure that every store represents our company’s standards and values.

Main Responsibilities

• Partner with the Market Director to execute regional strategies and business priorities.
• Coach, mentor, and support store and field leaders to strengthen operational and sales performance.
• Oversee staffing needs across all assigned locations, ensuring proper coverage and alignment with business requirements.
• Work closely with the training department to confirm that leaders have the tools, knowledge, and sales skills necessary for success.
• Use internal reports and performance data to evaluate market results and direct efforts toward improving key metrics.
• Assist with the rollout of marketing initiatives and promotional strategies across the district.
• Promote a positive and motivating work environment to support employee engagement and retention.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in retail (wireless industry preferred).
• At least 2 years managing multiple store locations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel throughout assigned markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
