Digital Ad Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Ad Specialist to join our growing team in North Houston. This role requires a confident communicator who can speak directly with customers over the phone and via Zoom, provide campaign updates, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in developing and managing digital advertising strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients.

This is an on-site position. Employees are expected to work in our office alongside the team during regular business hours. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with customers to explain campaign strategies, results, and recommendations.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube.
• Develop and write compelling ad copy that drives clicks, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.

Qualifications

• Strong background in setting up and managing multiple Facebook ad campaigns.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, focusing on direct-to-consumer demand generation.
• Proven ability to create high-performing ad copy that converts.
• Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube advertising platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable explaining digital strategies to customers.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 per year depending on experience
