Fairytale Photography Studio is a boutique children’s portrait studio based in Houston, TX, known for creating whimsical and unforgettable portrait experiences. We are looking for a driven and strategic Call Center Team Lead with proven success in outbound sales and team management.

Position Highlights

• Full-Time | Hybrid Role – This position requires in-studio presence during training and 3 days per week ongoing. Our studio is located in the Galleria area of Houston.
• Compensation – $45,000/year base salary + individual commission (no cap) + team performance bonuses + studio-wide bonuses.
• Sales-Driven Environment – You’ll be working closely with the Studio Director to lead a team focused on achieving booking goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach an outbound sales team booking portrait sessions with families.
• Personally handle outbound calls to convert leads into booked appointments
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics to drive results.
• Conduct call reviews, provide coaching, and optimize scripts to support team success.
• Use CRM tools to manage lead follow-up and pipeline organization.
• Support a culture of accountability, motivation, and achievement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of outbound phone sales experience with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
• At least 2 years of team leadership or sales coaching experience.
• Competitive, numbers-driven, and inspired by achieving goals.
• Confident communicator who thrives on the phone and in a leadership setting.
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and tech-savvy in daily workflows.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and resourceful—able to find solutions independently.
• A people-person who can bring energy and enthusiasm to each client interaction.
