As a Sales Associate, you’ll have the drive and dedication to hit the ground running. Our comprehensive training will provide you with all the tools you will need and to show our appreciation, we offer great pay and performance incentives throughout your career!

This is primarily a SALES position. Commission Pay is the majority of your paycheck.

Our ideal candidate can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends. We are open 7 days a week.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, creating a memorable experience for every guest
• Promote Wax Pass memberships and retail products
• Build relationships with guests by enthusiastically greeting guests, engaging in conversation while waiting for services + educating on EWC products, services, and Wax Pass savings
• Book reservations, answer phone calls, and make follow-up calls
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all time
• Help maintain an impeccable clean Wax Center.
• Experience & Skills Required
• Minimum 1 year SALES Experience
• Enjoy interacting with guests; be well-spoken and maintain a professional appearance
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanour
• A strong desire to work with others and engage guests with energy and enthusiasm for the brand
• Must be customer service oriented and able to utilise effective communication with all guests, centre management, and fellow associates
