We are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Conduct outbound calls as necessary for follow-ups or promotional purposes.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer experience.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette during all interactions.
