Marketing Specialist

Deutsche Windtechnik (DWT) is Germany’s largest Independent Service Provider, offering a comprehensive service package for Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) from one single source.

With more than 9,000 WTGs under contract and more than 2,400 worldwide employees operating in Europe, the US and Asia, DWT sets the bar for Independent Service Provider services.

Headquartered in Houston, TX., it is our goal to set the standard for best-in-class levels of quality, safety, efficiency, and customer service in the US market.

The Marketing Specialist oversees both internal and external marketing efforts, which include fostering culture and morale, generating content, executing marketing and advertising campaigns, monitoring sales data, managing promotional materials, coordinating meetings and trade shows, and generating reports for DWT's business development activities in the US. Initial assistance for establishing the local market may be provided, with support from the global team.

Developing and executing DWT's marketing strategies within the US market?

Nurturing and fostering existing customer relationships while identifying avenues for expansion?

Coordinating and organizing trade shows and exhibitions to highlight DWT's capabilities?

Develop and execute the Marketing Plan for the US, encompassing marketing and advertising campaigns, social media content creation, and strategic objectives?

Collaborate with the Marketing Department in Germany to enhance our website and track engagement metrics?

Promote company culture and identity through internal communications initiatives?

Conduct market analysis and monitor industry trends to inform marketing strategies?

Create and edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, and organize photoshoots for visual assets.

Design print media materials using Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant software.

Assist sales staff by providing necessary materials such as presentations and proposals.

Provide sales data, market trends, forecasts, and account analysis to support sales efforts.

Implement management-defined objectives and goals.

Continuously explore and implement innovative marketing approaches to engage existing and potential customers.

A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field

Creative and out-of-the-box thinking

Digital document creation/editing skills (Adobe InDesign) and video recording/editing experience (Adobe Premiere) is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CRM tools

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English including:
