Junior Marketing & Social Media Coordinator

Job Description

We are a dynamic group of companies in Healthcare, Education, and Distribution seeking a creative college student or recent graduate. In this role, you will gain real-world experience by launching marketing campaigns, managing our social media, and creating content to elevate our diverse brands.

This is a hybrid role designed for students. We offer a mix of work-from-home and in-office time tailored to fit around your class schedule.

Responsibilities

Create Content: Visit our local offices to take photos and videos (Reels/TikToks) of our team and services.
Design Campaigns: Help us brainstorm and launch creative marketing promotions (like "Back to School" events for Education or "Health Awareness" for Healthcare).
Manage Social Media: Schedule posts and keep our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts active.
Engage: Reply to comments and messages to keep our community happy.
Create Graphics: Design simple, eye-catching flyers or social media images for our promotions.

Qualifications

Education: Current college student (Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred) or recent graduate.
Creative: You know how to take good photos/videos on your phone and spot a trend.
Strategic: You have ideas on how to promote a business, not just post random pictures.
Tech Skills: Familiar with social media platforms and design tools like Canva.
Local & Reliable: Must be able to visit our offices [e.g., 1-2 times a week] for content creation, but can handle the rest of the work remotely.
