Are you passionate about social media and eager to make your mark in the entertainment industry? We're seeking a full-time Social Media Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our social team, you'll collaborate with Account Managers to execute captivating social media campaigns for a diverse range of entertainment clients, including theatrical releases, TV shows, and streaming services.
In this role, you will be instrumental in managing all assets and creating engaging social calendars, ensuring our clients' voices resonate across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating on multiple projects while effectively communicating with Account Managers, the Director of Social, and Creative Directors.
- Addressing client concerns and internal workflow issues with the Director of Social.
- Organizing and managing client assets, ensuring naming conventions are consistent throughout.
- Transcribing client assets as required, including trailers, TV spots, and clips.
- Creating and maintaining social calendars:
- Producing and proofing copy options for these calendars.
- Providing real-time coverage for campaigns as necessary.
- Publishing content on social media platforms as required.
- Engaging in social monitoring and fan interaction:
- Monitoring client social pages and identifying engagement opportunities, while managing spam on posts.
- Covering live events as necessary.
- Participating actively in brainstorming sessions and conducting research as needed.
- Generating social listening reports for clients that include data and sentiment analysis.
- Staying updated on the latest digital and social media trends.
