About You
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HubSpot CRM Specialist to support our franchise network in leveraging HubSpot for marketing, lead management, and customer communication. This role ensures franchise owners and corporate teams are empowered to use HubSpot effectively—streamlining processes, improving data quality, and enhancing overall franchise performance.
The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and service-minded, passionate about helping others succeed through technology and systems optimization.

Key Responsibilities1. HubSpot CRM Administration
- Maintain and manage the HubSpot CRM across the Apex franchise system.
- Configure and update pipelines, workflows, forms, and automations that support franchise lead generation and operations.
- Ensure clean, consistent, and reliable data across the network.
- Serve as the primary HubSpot resource for troubleshooting and user support.
2. Training & Franchise Enablement
- Onboard new franchisees and staff into the HubSpot CRM system.
- Develop and deliver user-friendly guides, videos, and live training sessions that make HubSpot simple and actionable.
- Partner with the Franchise Support Team to identify training gaps and implement solutions that boost adoption and efficiency.
- Act as a resource and coach, helping franchise owners use CRM tools to grow their local business.
3. Marketing Support & Campaign Execution
- Assist in the setup and management of marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and nurture sequences that support lead conversion.
- Build, optimize, and manage HubSpot landing pages with strong UX and conversion-focused best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM activities with national campaigns and local marketing efforts.
- Monitor campaign results, helping franchise owners understand performance and opportunities.
4. Reporting & Data Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into lead flow, franchise engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Support franchisees and leadership with regular reporting to guide data-driven decisions.
- Ensure CRM data remains accurate, complete, and actionable for all users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of CRM administration experience, ideally in HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, automation, and lead management workflows.
- Exposure to A/B testing and paid media is a plus, ensuring readiness for future optimization and advertising efforts within HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and training skills, especially for users with varying technical skill levels.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and process improvement mindset.
- Experience working in a franchise or multi-location business is a plus.
Work Environment
- Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Anticipated travel up to 20%
Salary and Benefits
- Salary range $68,000 - $80,000
- Annual bonus based upon performance ( Up to 10% of base salary)

We are typically looking to promote people on an 18-36 month promotion cycle. Comp increases range around 15-30%
